Delivery and Returns

Lucas Bike lights offer a completely free UK delivery service via Royal Mail using the UK Standard delivery option (approximately 5 working days). If you require your order a little sooner we offer a UK FIrst Class delivery at extra charge (see below) or even a Signed-For delivery.

How soon will I receive my goods after placing my order request?

We aim to despatch items within 4 working days (excluding Bank Holidays and weekends) but usually orders are despatched sooner within 1-2 days. If your item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible. After despatch you should recieve your order as per the Royal mail guidelines above.

Returns

Purchases can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days for any reason provided that they are returned in ‘showroom condition’ and with the original product packaging and valid proof of purchase.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item(s) are returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty cards, manuals and accessories)

Please send the items securely packaged by recorded delivery, including a copy of your receipt to;
